As a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology practice focusing on Health IT, you will lead high-impact engagements that drive both cost optimization and top-line growth across complex transactions and corporate transformations. You will work with C-suite executives, private equity clients, and IT leadership to identify, plan, and execute healthcare technology-driven strategies that enable innovative delivery of patient care, operational efficiencies with health plans, optimize enterprise IT platforms and accelerate revenue and digital innovation during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve‑outs as well as value creation, enterprise re‑imagine, and technology transformation initiatives.
This role blends deep IT expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable value through cost transformation, digital/AI enablement, operational efficiency, and tech-enabled growth initiatives.
As a Senior Director with EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Execution Deal Technology – Health practice, you will lead value‑creation technology projects that span cost optimization and growth enablement. You’ll guide clients through IT-focused strategies that enhance operational efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities. Your role will involve advising senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions, and applying emerging technologies (clinical and revenue cycle management platforms, AI, cloud, data analytics) to deliver measurable business impact.
A strong commercial mindset and the ability to balance efficiency with innovation are essential to success in this role.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, Analytics or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
- Experience in a healthcare professional services firm or health technology company, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory.
- Expertise in the following IT skillsets:
