You will build the first AI junior architect, embedding agentic workflows directly into industry-standard software like Autodesk Revit. This role involves designing reasoning loops for building models, developing multimodal evals, and engineering agents that automate 2D/3D documentation. You will bridge the gap between frontier LLMs and the complex $100B AEC industry.

• Solve frontier AI problems in a massive, overlooked $100B market by applying VLMs to complex 3D CAD geometry.

• Design reasoning loops and tool-use frameworks that allow agents to operate over complex architectural building models.
• Build multimodal systems that enable LLMs and VLMs to interpret 2D drawings and 3D geometry with architectural precision.
• Develop robust evaluation harnesses to measure agent output against professional industry standards and firm-specific requirements.

• Proven track record of building and shipping core AI products, specifically involving LLM/VLM agentic workflows.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of navigating the technical challenges of deep platform integrations like Autodesk Revit.
• Committed to an in-person, high-velocity culture in San Francisco with a passion for using coding agents daily.
