* In this role, you will lead a team of UX Engineers working on a spectrum of XR devices, from glasses to VR headsets. You will foster a culture of technical excellence and creative problem-solving, guiding the team to transform complex conceptual ideas into functional, high-fidelity prototypes that define the future of XR interaction.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
