As an Associate Package Consultant at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application‑packaged solutions such as SAP or Oracle to meet client needs.
- Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.
- Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.
- Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop process maps to understand As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios.

Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements.
- Openness to assist clients in designing, business architecting, process development, and functional implementation and support of applications.
- Ability to thrive in an ever‑changing, technology‑based consulting environment.
- Passion for innovative ideas and the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view.
- Exceptional quantitative analysis skills to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Experience supporting packaged software solutions (SAP or Oracle).
- Ability to leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.

- Relevant majors: MIS, Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources.
- Certifications/Programs: SAP University Alliances exposure; SAP S/4
HANA fundamentals or certification;
Oracle Academy credentials;
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate; vendor‑related cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Experience:
ERP class projects, capstone migrations, internships on ERP teams, exposure to FI/CO, MM, SD, or logistics processes. - Skills/Tech: SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, process mapping, basic ABAP awareness.
- Other:
Client‑facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills.
