About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Web Developer with a strong background in both design and development. As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, values collaboration, and has a passion for combining design aesthetics with technical expertise.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences that align with our brand and business goals. Proficiency in Webflow is critical, as it will be one of your primary tools for design and development.

Responsibilities
* Web Design and Development:
* Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Collaborate with the Head of Web and Content to develop innovative designs that reflect brand guidelines and engage users.
* Ensure designs and code are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
* Content Updates and Maintenance:
* Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern, functional, and error-free.
* Implement content updates in collaboration with the content team, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
* User Experience (UX) and Optimization:
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive web experiences.
* Conduct regular reviews and testing to optimize website performance and usability.
* Coding and Customization:
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations when necessary.
* Collaborate with back-end developers when required to implement advanced functionality.
* Collaboration and Communication:
* Work alongside the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure web projects meet deadlines and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web development practices.

Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field.
* Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow is required.
* Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Figma.
* Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
* Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
* A strong eye for design with the ability to create visually compelling, user-focused web layouts.
* Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Mark Up, or Sketch is an advantage.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
