We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join one of our most growing Series A startup in the Bay Area. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and define data requirements for various projects.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data‑driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to uncover patterns and trends in data.
  • Create visually appealing and easy‑to‑understand reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficient in using data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying patterns and trends within data.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
  • Adept at working with large datasets, utilizing statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision‑making.
