Requirements
- We're hiring an early-career, technically curious Support Specialist who's excited to get hands-on with real customer problems and grow fast
- Experience in technical support at a software or developer tools company (or strong adjacent experience)
- Comfortable navigating Git, Git Hub, Retool, MDX/Markdown, and IDEs
- Ability to read and understand code, troubleshoot bugs, and identify root causes
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Comfort using AI agents and improving training data for them
- (Desirable) Familiarity with OpenAPI specs
- (Desirable) Past experience supporting APIs or documentation tools
- (Desirable) Background working in fast-paced startups
- This is a high-agency, high-impact role where you'll work close to the product, sharpen your debugging skills, and help shape how we support users as we scale
- This role is designed to be a launching pad—over time, you'll build the technical depth and customer-facing confidence to grow into a Solutions Engineer position
- Respond to product and technical questions through our support platform (Plain)
- Debug issues by inspecting customer setups, including Git Hub repositories, MDX files, and internal deployment tools (Retool)
- Resolve the majority of support inquiries independently, escalating only when necessary
- Collaborate with our support lead to evolve processes and ensure consistency
- Help improve internal support tooling and workflows as we scale
