Cognizant is seeking an End User Computing Tech for a full-time opportunity in San Francisco, CA

The salary range for this role is between $62,000 to $81,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Responsibilities
  • General IT service and user support:
    Provide support at all levels, both face-to-face and through various communication channels.
  • Logging support requests and incidents:
    Document and track reported issues.
  • Monitoring and completion of issues and requests.
  • Oversee the resolution of problems received by the IT Service Desk, escalating when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot problems:
    Use diagnostic tools and escalating issues as needed.
  • Liaise with regional offices and third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate to resolve user support issues.
Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience with IT troubleshooting and support in a corporate computing environment.
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and Teams.
  • Familiarity with iPhone/iPad technology and mobile apps.
  • General user administration tasks.
  • Data/voice cabling and patching skills.
  • Experience with Intune, Autopilot and MS Teams.
  • Ability to manage expectations with stakeholders.
