Program Manager With Drupal Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Drupal expertise to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex web and digital programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects, stakeholder relationships, and multidisciplinary teams, with a solid understanding of the Drupal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of large-scale Drupal-based web programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, content teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure regular reporting on milestones, risks, and KPIs.
  • Drupal Expertise
  • Provide oversight on Drupal architecture, theming, module integration, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with Drupal developers to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and scalability.
  • Agile & Delivery
  • Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring continuous delivery and improvements.
  • Risk & Budget Management
  • Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing complex web programs (preferably in CMS or digital platforms).
  • Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Drupal 8/9/10 architecture and components.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams
