As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design work streams for Agentforce for Service, defining and communicating design strategies that align with Salesforce’s broader business objectives and the evolving needs of our global customers. You are a seasoned designer who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity and complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. With deep empathy for the user, you act as a relentless advocate for their needs, ensuring every workflow we ship is as intuitive as it is impactful.

* Vision & Strategy:
Partner to define design strategies for Agentforce. You will translate requirements into flows, artifacts, and prototypes that deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
* Craft & Excellence:
Drive a culture of craft, bringing consumer-grade design and high-fidelity execution to enterprise workflows. You will relentlessly simplify complex systems, leveraging modern design patterns and emerging technologies to set a new global benchmark for UX quality.
* Systemic Leadership:
Uphold and evolve design standards by aligning to Design system patterns, while identifying opportunities to improve UI, motion, consistency, scalability, or reuse across the Salesforce portfolio.
* Research Synthesis:
Partner to develop and synthesize insights and user feedback into artifacts like experience maps, workflows, or journey narratives that inform product direction and clarify user experience on a rapid iterative loop.
* Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as a strategic peer to Product and Engineering partners to influence direction. Collaborate confidently to shape design scope, aligning on goals that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
* Operational Discipline:
Drive clarity and execution within your work streams, ensuring high-velocity delivery without sacrificing craft. You will raise the bar through peer mentorship, design critique, and consistent improvement.
* Executive Influence:
Present complex design visions to key stakeholders, delivering audience-aware communications that translate design decisions into clear user and business impact.### Experience / Skills Required
* 7–10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
* Deep understanding of AI and AI tools and their applications in workflow; a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
* Mastery of user-centered design methods and best practices—you are always looking to improve on your process through research and usability testing.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading process improvement efforts and dealing with ambiguity.
