Job Description
This position requires working onsite on a regular basis. This position is a techno‑functional role for ERP, involving the design, development, and enhancement of application components, integrations, and reports. Additionally, it supports business and functional teams with configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization across core ERP modules. To advance excellence in support of patient care, research, and education, the role will be expected to work onsite on a rotational or alternative basis as determined by the hiring manager, and may be required to attend onsite events as scheduled by management.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area
- 5-7 years of hands‑on ERP technical experience to develop, support and integrate enterprise‑wide ERP applications.
- 5-7 years of highly advanced skills in ERP technical specification, design, test, modification, implementation, upgrade and deployment of large‑scale scope.
- Expert knowledge of most ERP cloud reporting tools.
- Hands‑on experience in ERP bank integrations, third‑party supply chain interfaces, and cloud integration patterns adhering to IS3 standards.
- Demonstrated expertise with SQL and PL/SQL and developing advanced/complex SQL queries.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database, AIX/Linux/Windows operating systems.
- Ability to estimate effort, triage issues, and resolve assignments while juggling priorities.
- Advanced experience with middleware integrations and use of code libraries and open‑source forums.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, communicating technical information to technical and non‑technical personnel.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, learn effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Complex problem‑solving and highly honed analytical skills.
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related area.
- Functional knowledge of ERP modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory Billing, Receivables, Project Costing, Contract, and Grants experience (desirable but not required).
- Excellent project leadership and management skills.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Placement within the salary range depends on experience and internal equity.
