We are seeking an Engagement Manage
r to lead high-impact client engagements, partner directly with executive stakeholders, and help some of the world's largest companies implement next-generation AI initiatives. This role combines strategy consulting, client leadership, and emerging technology, making it ideal for consultants who want to move beyond PowerPoint and drive real-world transformation.
- Work directly with C-suite executives at billion-dollar enterprises.
- Be at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption and transformation.

- Collaborate with exceptional engineers, strategists, and AI experts solving complex operational challenges.
- Own client engagements from discovery through successful delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and strategic discussions to uncover operational challenges and opportunities.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants and project team members.
- Drive project execution, client satisfaction, and measurable ROI.
- Travel to client sites as needed and represent the company with executive-level professionalism.
- 4+ years of management consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.
- Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
- Experience working across finance, operations, sales, marketing, or enterprise business functions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
