We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Engineer to oversee our warehouse operation systems. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of technology within our warehouse environment, supporting daily business operations, and driving efficiency through innovative solutions.

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse management systems (SAP WMS, SAP EWM), SAP ECC, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT‑related needs within warehouse operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to warehouse systems.
• Manage existing and explore new opportunities for system and process improvement in the warehouse area, making recommendations through technology and automation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in warehouse technologies.
• Provide project management of business initiatives, lead project reviews with team on application development initiatives, manage day‑to‑day relationships with key stakeholders including Tech, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations to align WMS functionalities with business objectives, develop and sustain relationships based on an understanding of customer/stakeholder needs.
• Convey information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods.
• Utilize business information to manage everyday operations and generate innovative solutions to approach business challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of WMS product owners, engineers, analysts, and delivery leads, fostering a culture of operational ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Fulfillment IT.
• Provide senior oversight of SAP WMS and Logistics demand execution using Jira‑based Agile and Kanban practices.
• Ensure all work is transparently managed through Jira intake, backlog refinement, prioritization, and flow management.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to balance BAU support, enhancements, and strategic initiatives while enforcing disciplined use of Jira for dependency tracking, risk visibility, and delivery commitments.

• Salary Range: $130,000 – $190,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

• Minimum of ten (10) years in warehouse management with focus on WMS implementation. Technical proficiency in WMS software and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/EWM) and SAP ECC from an end‑user perspective and configuration standpoint. Basic knowledge of EDI, ABAP, and iDOC concepts required.
• Basic knowledge of networking and infrastructure – understanding how network infrastructure works to ensure seamless communication between devices and systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery and collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management and Agile experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Shipping and Transportation experience is a plus.
• Skills in analyzing data to identify trends and improve warehouse operations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in a Warehouse Operations Environment is a plus.
• Solid understanding of budget and vendor management.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
