We help our clients envision and achieve Digital Laboratory Transformation through co-creation and application of digital technologies, revolutionizing scientific and laboratory processes. What would you do?

Lead talented cross-functional teams to deliver unique and challenging strategy and implementation projects for clients that advance their ambitions for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. As a Senior Manager, you can expect to:

* Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives-spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI-to deliver measurable client impact

* Architect and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution

* Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization

* Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions

* Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting

* Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction

* Act as escalation point for critical delivery or client issues

* Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data

* Provide clear points of view on digital lab solutions, including platform and approach tradeoffs

* Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Senior Directors and VPs

* Align stakeholders and drive priorities across complex, multi-disciplinary teams

* Demonstrate business acumen and organizational awareness in navigating client environments

* Articulate compelling value propositions and business cases

* Lead and support business development, including opportunity identification and pursuit execution

* Develop thought leadership that drives practice growth, differentiation, and market recognition

* Build and apply deep expertise in laboratory operations, industry trends, and digital technologies

* Lead, coach, and develop team members; provide performance feedback and mentorship

* Foster a high‑performance culture with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
