Position: SENIOR GROWTH AND PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Formulate comprehensive, omni-channel media strategies to optimize digital user acquisition campaigns and surpass complex global business development KPIs.Partner consultatively with internal centers of excellence and key global stakeholders to translate sophisticated data metrics into actionable marketing opportunities.

Direct external agency partnerships, contract negotiations, and multi-format campaign logistics to streamline dynamic cross-functional workflows.

Deploy advanced customer relationship management frameworks to monitor end-to-end project ROI and drive market awareness across digital media networks

Qualifications:

5+ years of strategic leadership experience overseeing high-visibility paid media performance marketing initiatives within complex, global enterprise ecosystems.

Advanced expertise utilizing enterprise CRM systems, sophisticated data analysis tools, and cutting-edge search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.

Proven track record of building inclusive, high-performing team dynamics that successfully navigate regional priorities and scale international marketing efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, complemented by exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
