UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Create responsive web designs that deliver optimal user experiences on all devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys and strategize user experience improvements.
• Lead design workshops and participate in service design initiatives to influence product direction.
• Utilize Adobe XD and Sketch to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Apply and evolve UI design patterns while maintaining strong visual design standards.
• Conduct UX consulting sessions and user testing (e.g., with Userlytics) to gather feedback and enhance product usability.
• Advocate for visual design best practices and fundamentals throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced credentials preferred.
• Proven experience in design system creation, management, and responsive web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry‑standard design tools.
• Strong knowledge of UI design patterns, visual design principles, and UX methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing using tools like Userlytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders.

• Background working with private equity companies is a plus.
• Experience leading design or tech teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical and architectural abilities in service and experience design.
