This role involves designing and leading the implementation of integrated technology architectures to create seamless, intelligent customer experiences across all touchpoints. You will be a key driver of modernization by influencing enterprise-wide technology roadmaps and AI-driven commerce initiatives. The position is crucial for integrating AI to support proactive, autonomous, and context-aware shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design scalable, future-proof omnichannel commerce platforms.
- Create AI-powered shopping experiences with personalization and AI agents.
- Champion agentic commerce patterns for frictionless shopping.
- Integrate commerce systems with real-time data and AI models.
- Partner with teams to implement AI across customer journeys.
- Expertise in architecting and delivering commerce platforms.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services into customer applications.
Experience is preferred in the retail or direct-to-consumer industry, specifically with personalization and omnichannel engagement initiatives.
