• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Care Ambulatory workflows and configurations.
• Support the teams working on other non‑Epic ambulatory clinical applications, including niche, specialty‑specific applications.
• Support e‑Prescribing workflows and any integrated systems needed for that, including Surescripts.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
• Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
• Lead and coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on ongoing work, potential risks, and resource needs.

• 3+ years in Epic Clarity implementation, support or coordination roles
• Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical Data Model)
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now)
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams
• High School Diploma / GED

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability

• Time zone management (Onshore–Offshore model)

Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are hourly rates for the position until 04/11/2026.
