We’re hiring SAP Functional Consultants to help Flow Gen deploy AI agents inside complex enterprise SAP environments.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their business processes, map SAP workflows, define operating procedures, and help translate enterprise operations into systems that AI agents can execute safely and reliably.

This role is ideal for someone with deep SAP functional expertise who wants to work at the frontier of enterprise AI, automation, and ERP transformation.

• Partner with customers to understand SAP-driven finance and operations workflows
• Analyze business processes across areas such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, disputes, cash application, logistics, and close
• Translate customer processes, exceptions, approvals, and controls into clear requirements for Flow Gen agents
• Work with engineering and AI teams to define workflows, validations, escalation paths, and success criteria
• Support customer workshops, discovery sessions, process mapping, and deployment planning
• Help identify automation opportunities inside highly customized SAP environments
• Validate agent outputs against business rules, SAP data, and customer operating procedures
• Serve as a trusted functional expert for customers and internal teams

• 5+ years of SAP functional consulting or SAP business process experience
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA environments
• Experience with finance, supply chain, order management, procurement, logistics, or shared services processes
• Comfortable working with business users, IT teams, SAP teams, and system integrators
• Able to break down messy enterprise workflows into clear process steps, rules, and exceptions
• Strong communicator who can bridge business, SAP, and technical teams
• Curious about AI and excited to apply it to real enterprise operations
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments where you take ownership and figure things out

• Experience with FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, TM, or related SAP modules
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA migrations, process optimization, shared services, or finance transformation
• Familiarity with SAP tables, IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, Fiori, or integration concepts
• Prior experience in CPG, distribution, high tech, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other SAP-heavy industries
• Experience working with automation, process mining, RPA, or AI products

• Work on real enterprise AI deployments inside Fortune 500 SAP environments
• Help define how autonomous agents operate safely in finance and operations
• Partner closely with frontier AI engineers, SAP experts, founders, and customers
• Direct impact on product, customer success, and company direction
• High bar for ownership, speed, precision, and pragmatic execution
