Job DescriptionSephora is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to support sourcing initiatives across multiple business units, with a strong focus on technology and e-commerce. This role will be instrumental in negotiating supplier agreements, guiding stakeholders through the intake-to-contract process, and driving strategic sourcing efforts in high-volume environments.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage RFP/RFI processes to ensure alignment with Sephora’s purchasing policies.
- Negotiate contracts for software (on-premise and SaaS), hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal business partners.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Technology and E-Commerce departments.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing within IT, healthcare, or Fin Tech sectors.
- Ability to manage high-volume sourcing activities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement tools and contract management systems.
