Service Now CMDB/CSDM/ITOM Architect / Practice Lead
Contract position (12+ months, may extend).
Location:
Bay Area, California, or remote (PST timezone).
The role is to lead the ITOM practice for CSDM, CMDB, configuration management process understanding, work with the customer, data integrity, governance, data modeling, discovery integration, CMDB promotion, matrix management and proactive leadership. The incumbent will also manage the practice, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the integrity and governance of CMDB data.
Qualifications- 8+ years Service Now experience
- CMDB/CSDM/ITOM expertise – essential
- Architecture experience
- Experience running ITOM practice
- Service Now certified: CSA, CAD, CIS ITOM (minimum 2 CIS certifications)
