Senior Consultant - Marketing Analytics

Job Description

• Technical: Strong SQL and Tableau, good to strong Python; decent level in MS Office
• Ability: Strong aptitude, good communication, quick to adapt to new tools
• AI: Beginner to good level of usage of AI tools
• Experience: 4-6 years of Marketing analytics experience ⇒ Campaign Lifecycle (Design, Implementation and Measurement) and Management;
  Identification of growth opportunities (TAM and sizing);
  Identification of optimization opportunities
• Analytical: A person who is smart, can dig into complex data on his own (data wrangler), find edge cases and come up with multiple solutions without any hand holding
• Motivation: Motivated and self-driven
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

• The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience.
