  • Build predictive models and recommendation systems that personalize and strengthen user journeys
Build Strong Foundations
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that make insights accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines (data engineering experience preferred)
  • Design and optimize data infrastructure and warehousing solutions
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
  • Work across the full data stack - from raw data ingestion to reporting and storytelling
What You Will Bring Required
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimental design
  • Solid understanding of data engineering principles and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with modern data tools (cloud data warehouses, ETL tools, BI platforms)
  • Ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear, compelling way
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
  • Deep commitment to Lean In’s mission to inspire and equip women to lead
Preferred

  • Experience in mission-driven or social impact organizations
  • Genuine alignment with the broader initiatives of the Sandberg Bernthal Family Foundation, including building resilience and advancing equality
What We Will Offer You

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary annually
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with a 4% employer match
  • Generous paid time off
  • Additional benefits designed to support well-being and long-term success
