Redefine the Future of Mobile Shopping Experiences as a Snr. Technical Program Manager OM is seeking an experienced Snr. Technical Program Manager to help us create the world’s best mobile shopping experience. Our charter is to push the boundaries of what great app experiences can look like for Amazon's shopping app, inspiring other teams to optimize and reinvent their own app experiences.

As a Snr. Technical Program Manager on the AxIOM team, you will help deliver new end‑to‑end customer experiences that bring the latest shopping innovations to our mobile apps, creating experiences that are fluid, fast, and highly adaptive.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and execution of experiences on the Amazon Mobile App, inventing and delivering delightful shopping experiences.
  • Work with engineering, product and QA teams to architect, plan, and deliver high quality customer experiences and releases, making scalable long‑term technical decisions while meeting commitments.
  • Coordinate and plan across multiple teams, finding technical solutions that span backend and client applications.
  • Identify gaps in the software development lifecycle and lead process improvements to deliver more to customers.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make trade‑offs, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints.
  • Break large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them successfully and on time.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
  • Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is  –  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
