At Project Mark, our culture is not an afterthought - it is what sets us apart. We have built a community where employees, customers, and prospects alike feel connected, energized, and valued. It is why people love working here and why our clients consistently rave about partnering with us.
Project Mark is a purpose-built, AI-native CRM designed for the construction industry. Our platform integrates bid pipeline and contact management, revenue and backlog reporting, a digital asset library into a single solution - transforming how construction companies win their next project.
Bolt, our AI assistant, sits at the center of the platform, helping construction teams surface insights, automate follow-ups, prioritize pursuits, and move faster across the entire business development lifecycle. This is not AI as a feature. It is AI as a foundation.
As a high-growth startup scaling fast, we are building a team that thrives on innovation and accountability.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Implementation Specialist at Project Mark, you will own the technical onboarding experience for our most strategic accounts - end to end, from kickoff through go-live and into long-term adoption. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of data, implementation, and product.
You will take messy, unstructured client data from disparate sources and turn it into a clean, unified, migration-ready data model inside Project Mark. You will configure the platform around each firm's business development, preconstruction, and marketing workflows, build the training that drives adoption, and manage every milestone to its deadline. You operate as a true product expert - scoping, configuring, and resolving complexity on your own, with minimal reliance on Product, Engineering, or Sales.
Above all, you are AI-first. You instinctively reach for AI to accelerate every part of your work - data QA, configuration, documentation, and analysis - and you bring that same mindset to the clients you onboard, helping them unlock intelligent workflows from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise accounts, including scoping, data migration, configuration, training, and launch
- Own data quality from intake to import - profile, clean, QA, deduplicate, and validate client data, consolidating unstructured sources into a single unified data structure ready to migrate into Project Mark
- Build and maintain detailed implementation schedules and project plans, tracking every milestone and time-to-value target to its deadline
- Configure the platform to reflect each client's unique workflows across business development, preconstruction, and marketing - including pipeline and opportunity management, analytics, reports, dashboards, user permissions, and user provisioning
- Design and configure automated workflows in low-code/no-code environments
- Guide clients through Bolt and AI-powered workflow setup so they unlock intelligent features from day one
- Design and deliver tailored training programs and implementation documentation - SOPs, playbooks, templates, and guides - for diverse user groups, from BD managers to marketing teams to executive leadership
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers before clients feel them, and manage at-risk onboardings to recovery
- Partner selectively with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering - surfacing client feedback while resolving the large majority of issues independently
- Develop and maintain implementation playbooks, templates, and SOPs that scale with the business
- Support solution scoping during the sales cycle for complex enterprise deals
- AI-First Mindset:
You think AI-native. You reach for AI by default to QA data, accelerate configuration, generate documentation, and solve problems faster - and you can teach clients to do the same. This is non-negotiable. - Data QA Expertise:
This is the heart of the role. You can take unstructured, inconsistent data from many sources and transform it into a clean, validated, unified structure ready for migration. You understand databases, excel frameworks, relationships, and what rigorous data hygiene looks like. - Project Management & Drive:
You own your book of onboardings end to end. No handoffs, no excuses. You build the schedule, hold the deadlines, and chase outcomes relentlessly. You are a self-starter who identifies what needs doing and drives it to completion. - CRM & Technical Fluency:
You are a CRM expert and comfortable in data tools, APIs, and AI-enabled environments without needing a manual. - Communication:
You can simplify complexity for a VP and go deep on configuration with an IT admin in the same day. - Adaptability:
Every construction firm is different. You flex quickly and build solutions that stick. - Proactive Problem-Solving:
You identify blockers before clients feel them and drive resolutions fast.
