We’re currently in the prototype phase and looking for a strategic partner to lead our technical vision.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Technical Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join Innovate

SaaS at a critical phase of our journey. As a key member of the founding team, you will lead the technology strategy and execution, driving the development of our platform from prototype to full-scale product launch. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven tools for SMEs and have a lasting impact on the business.

• Lead Product Development
  :
  Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of our AI-driven SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Strategic Vision
  :
  Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap, align technical strategies with business goals, and stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements.
• Team Building
  :
  Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Hands-On Coding
  :
  Initially, be actively involved in coding and system architecture, moving towards a leadership role as the team expands.
• AI/ML Integration
  :
  Drive the integration and optimization of AI/ML technologies, ensuring the platform delivers on its promise of efficiency and automation for SMEs.
• Partnership & Growth
  :
  Work closely with strategic partners to scale the technology infrastructure and prepare for Series A funding and beyond.

• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or Technical Co-Founder, ideally within a SaaS or AI-driven company.
• Deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong technical expertise in software architecture, infrastructure design, and system optimization.
• Experience with leading a product from prototype to full-scale production, with a strong focus on scalability and user experience.
• Ability to attract and retain top talent, with a passion for building and nurturing high-performing technical teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision for long-term growth and innovation.
