For our client, we are seeking a Director Business Systems to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $258,000 – $348,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead a team of approximately 20 across multiple business systems functions
- Define and execute a business systems strategy aligned with company growth
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives
- Represent the Business Systems team in executive forums regarding risks and trade‑offs
- Define and operationalize the integration of AI into team processes
- Oversee major business systems implementations and transformations
- Drive governance, controls, and process improvements in the portfolio
- 10+ years leading business systems or related technologies
- Experience managing senior individual contributors and managers
- Deep understanding of quote‑to‑cash processes and relevant platforms
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and ITGC program ownership
- Successful track record in building high‑performing teams and partnerships
