IVR Functional Tester
Location:
SFO, CA (Onsite)

- Text-to-Speech Testing - Integration Testing End-to-End Flow - individual components tested to make sure the entire pipeline works seamlessly?
- Functional Testing – All Security And Compliance Testing
Responsibilities:
- Hands On Testing
-IVR Application - All Testing deliverables- as IVR Test Lead (Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scenario, Test Data preparation, Test Result)
- Onsite-Offshore Team. Hand-Over Take-Over
- Daily Scrum, Test Call, Design Sessions, Requirement Sessions, Production Validation etc. as per project need.
