Service Delivery Manager

In the context of our development, we are looking for our future Service Delivery Manager to join our technical team and strengthen our projects in cybersecurity and infrastructures.

Your mission: to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients by piloting the management of technical projects, while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and maintaining a high level of quality of the services delivered.

The position is attached to the CTO and is part of a continuous growth dynamic. You will evolve in a stimulating and collaborative environment, alongside passionate technical experts.

Your Main Missions
  • Piloting Client Projects:

    • Supervise all phases of projects (planning, follow-up, coordination) to ensure their delivery on time and with the expected quality.

    • Ensure smooth and regular communication with clients to meet their expectations and anticipate their needs.

    • Identify possible risks and propose adapted solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Be the main point of contact for clients to guarantee their satisfaction. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, meet their expectations and anticipate their needs.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.

  • Leading Steering Committees (COPIL):

    • Prepare and lead COPIL to present progress, gather feedback from stakeholders, and validate key milestones.

    • Document decisions made and ensure follow-up.

  • Collaborating with Technical Teams:

    • Work closely with internal teams (cybersecurity, infrastructure) to align deliverables with client expectations.

    • Facilitate communication and resolve any blockages to ensure good project execution.

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Ensure the follow-up of contractual obligations (SLA, KPI) and guarantee the respect of commitments for each service level.

    • Monitor performance indicators (KPI) and service levels (SLA) specific to each client and optimize the quality of services.

    • Prepare regular reports for clients and management.

  • Contributing to Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify areas for optimization in project management processes.

    • Capitalize on feedback to improve internal practices.
