Role Overview
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of AI, engineering, and customer experience
. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with enterprise customers - deeply understanding their marketing and data infrastructure, uncovering opportunities for AI automation, and helping design how JustAI plugs in to reshape their workflows.
- Architect and implement integrations between JustAI and systems like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, and Snowflake
- Prototype new workflows or AI agents that can become part of the broader JustAI product
- Communicate closely with our customers to translate their needs into scalable platform features
- A degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software engineering
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excited about working directly with customers
- High ownership, high impact - your work defines how AI meets real customer workflows
- Founding-stage startup backed by YC & Peak XV (Sequoia), and growing fast
