Program Manager

Portfolio Strategy;
Execution:
Lead, plan, and deliver complex, cross-functional IT programs from concept through deployment within the gRED Informatics portfolio.

Scientific Stakeholder Management:
Partner with gRED Research Directors, Principal Investigators, and Lab Managers to translate advanced scientific and computational needs into technical requirements.

Cross-Functional Delivery:
Coordinate agile engineering squads, data science teams, UX researchers, vendor partners, and cybersecurity experts to ensure synchronized delivery.

Governance & Risk Mitigation:
Manage program budgets, cross-project dependencies, and resource allocations. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks or GxP/data compliance blockers.

Innovation & Enablement:
Guide the modernization of laboratory data management systems (LIMS, ELN), multi-omics pipelines, cloud high-performance computing (HPC), and AI/ML model deployment infrastructure.

Vendor & Change Management:
Evaluate external specialized software providers and drive organizational change management to ensure adoption of new digital tools across wet and dry labs.
