Experience Organization Engagement Strategy
You will build a successful engagement strategy for some part of the Experience organization. Partner with senior leadership to coach and assess product development teams. Provide 1:1 coaching to help level up individuals tribute to Coaching org Agile strategy development and roadmap. Evaluate team health metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements. Identify ways to continuously optimize and improve performance of teams and groups within your remit.

You've been a part of shipping impactful products before, and now you're focused on teaching others how to continually improve their delivery quality and pace. An ideal candidate is someone who has a strong toolkit of agile software development frameworks, but who believes in being pragmatic about getting to that ideal state.
