Project Manager – Automation Anywhere

Intersources Inc. is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Automation Anywhere to lead and oversee Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration of Automation Anywhere solutions into business processes.

• Lead and manage Automation Anywhere RPA projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting for automation projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process discovery, and automation design workshops.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards for automation solutions.
• Track and report on project progress, ROI, and automation impact to leadership.
• Stay updated on Automation Anywhere advancements and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in RPA/automation projects.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end Automation Anywhere implementations.
• Strong knowledge of RPA methodologies, lifecycle, and process optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT, business operations, and automation development.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or ).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Automation Anywhere certification (preferred).
• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification (a plus).
