For our client, we are seeking a Key Account Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $350,000 – $420,000 annually
Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Engage deeply with senior buyers to position the company as a critical solution
- Drive multi-threaded sales campaigns to enhance enterprise platform value
- Lead solution sales addressing collaboration, security, and AI workflows
- Identify customer pain points and create tailored value propositions
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration for optimal customer outcomes
- Track and forecast account progress and report on key business metrics
- Act as a thought partner, staying ahead of industry trends
- 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience, focusing on strategic account management
- Experience selling technical products like developer tools and SaaS platforms
- Proven success in solution selling to senior technology leaders
- History of nurturing long-term account growth through complex sales processes
- Ability to engage with large organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborative experience with technical teams such as solutions engineers and CTOs
- Understanding of enterprise buyer personas like security and collaboration
