Job Details Core Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing, Slack, and walk‑ups
  • Device lifecycle management: procurement, imaging, deployment, repair, decommission
  • New‑hire onboarding and offboarding — account provisioning, access grants, equipment setup, termination flows
  • Identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD) including MFA rollout and access reviews
  • MDM administration (Jamf, Intune) — configuration policies, OS/app patching, compliance enforcement
  • Endpoint troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android; elevate L2/L3 issues with documentation
  • SLA tracking, ticket hygiene, knowledge base and runbook maintenance
  • Networking support:
    Wi‑Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS, conference room AV
  • Automation to reduce manual toil via scripting, workflow tools, AI integration
