Seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to drive Product-to-Market (P2M) architecture within a retail/fashion environment. This role focuses on integrated planning, composable architecture, and AI-driven marketing capabilities aligned with supply chain and business planning strategies.
Core Requirements:- 10 years in P2M / Supply Chain architecture.
- Strong retail domain experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation.
- Experience with Visual Mapping, Space Planning, Size & Pack.
- Exposure to Merchandising Planning and Consumer Insights.
- Strong knowledge of composable/MACH architecture.
- Experience with API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
- Cloud-native architecture experience.
- Experience applying AI/ML in marketing (personalization, segmentation, propensity models).
- Assess current P2M ecosystem and vendor landscape to identify gaps and modernization opportunities.
- Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
- Define integration patterns and data flows across marketing and planning platforms.
- Partner with business, engineering, and data teams for vendor evaluation and platform decisions.
- Advise on AI-driven use cases such as next-best-action, personalization, and content automation.
- Support architecture governance, reviews, and documentation.
- Experience with Agentic AI or LLM-based automation in marketing or employee workflows.
- Exposure to composable commerce / MACH principles.
- Able to ramp up quickly and contribute with minimal onboarding.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Collaborative and able to work within established governance frameworks.
Shift timings: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PT
