Practice Support – Social Media Collections And Relativity Analyst

Our client is seeking a Practice Support – Social Media Collections and Relativity Analyst to join its team. The role can be based in any of the firm's Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, or Washington, D.C. offices, and offers the flexibility to work fully remote within reasonable commuting distance of one of those offices.

The Analyst will deliver eDiscovery and litigation technology support to legal teams across the eDiscovery workflow, including data hosting, document review, early case assessment, and productions. Day-to-day responsibilities span Relativity platform administration (configuring work spaces, ingesting documents, managing load files and metadata, preparing productions, and supporting advanced features like email threading, near-duplicate identification, and analytics) and social media/website capture work using tools such as Page Vault, X1 Social Discovery, and Page Freezer/Web Preserver.

The Analyst also participates in the firm's practice support central queue, partners with Project Managers and case teams to scope projects, and contributes to firm-wide process improvement.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's or associate's degree and 3+ years of related experience, demonstrated Relativity expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Relativity certifications and familiarity with social media capture tools are pluses. Estimated salary range is between $113,000 - $142,000.
