- People who are seasoned Tibco administrators who have done design and installs of Tibco infrastructure BW/EMS installs from scratch in clients with large infrastructures.
- Ability to script and automate day to day tasks (primarily deployments/start /stop)
- Ability to understand and work with Development teams/Leads/Architects
- Ability with setting up Performance tuning practice in TIBCO BW/EMS/ASG
- Overall troubleshooting, SSL, memory, messaging issues, using tools to speed up incidents and problems.
- Ability to independently drive conversations and oversee quality of work and deliverables from offshore teams in these areas
- MQ and MFT experience optional- desire to learn this is needed
