Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure overall availability and reliability of data center operations to meet or exceed defined service levels.
Diagnose hardware and network issues, perform physical repairs, and participate in an on‑call rotation.
Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, managing organization, communicating effectively, and responding quickly to incidents.
Install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and resolve problems within the Data Center Space.
Work 24/7 in a fast‑paced environment with up to 10% travel between locations.
Qualifications- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience resolving customer issues efficiently under pressure.

The starting pay for this position ranges from 32.00 to 56.00 USD hourly in San Francisco, CA.
