Interim HCM Optimization Lead

The Position
  • An interim HCM optimization leader is needed to stabilize, optimize, and enhance a recently implemented Oracle HCM platform while aligning technology with workforce and business processes.
  • This position will report to the Executive Director of Shared Services.
  • Key responsibilities include driving post-go-live stabilization, continuous improvement initiatives, shared governance, roadmap development, user adoption strategies, workforce technology optimization, AI-enabled innovation opportunities, and alignment of Oracle HCM capabilities with organizational business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic HR technology leader and trusted advisor with experience translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Must have a proven track record leading post-go-live optimization of large-scale enterprise platforms, driving innovation, and navigating complex healthcare, higher education, or similarly sophisticated organizations. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing needs. Excellent communication skills critical.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Oracle HCM certification preferred but not required.
  • Progressive leadership experience in HR technology, workforce systems, business process optimization, or related areas required. Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM implementations, post-go-live optimization, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives required.
Compensation Details
  • Compensation Range: $175,000 to $180,000 annually.
  • Final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
  • Eligible for comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement benefits.
