- Compensation Range: $110-120/hr W2

Job DescriptionThe Enforcement Operations Specialist supports AI safety and policy enforcement efforts by reviewing user interactions, labeling data, investigating potential policy violations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve safeguards and operational workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Review customer signals, user interactions, and code to identify potential policy violations
- Label and classify content according to established safeguards and policy guidelines
- Enforce operational workflows with accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with analysts, policy teams, and investigators to identify emerging trends and risks
- Flag content and findings that may require policy updates or classifier improvements
- Produce weekly operational and enforcement reports
- Handle policy-related customer communications and appeals
- Provide surge review support and assist with content moderation needs
- Respond to cross-functional requests and provide operational insights
- Experience reviewing and understanding code
- Ability to identify policy violations and follow enforcement guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive, explicit, violent, or psychologically disturbing content
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Experience reviewing and understanding code
- Strong data labeling, content review, or moderation experience
- Ability to identify policy violations and follow enforcement guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive, explicit, violent, or psychologically disturbing content
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Cybersecurity background
- Cyber Defense experience
- Trust & Safety, Safeguards, or Policy Enforcement experience
- Experience analyzing user behavior and identifying risk patterns
- Understanding of AI safety, AI ethics, and responsible technology deployment
- Experience supporting content moderation operations
