Internship Opportunity in ATM Team
Join our team in the ATM "Accompagnement de la Transformation Métier" of the RATP Infrastructures Business Unit. RATP Infrastructures is responsible for the maintenance and renewal of existing infrastructures, as well as those of the future Grand Paris network, including tracks, stations, tunnels, signaling, train movement systems, and electrical power distribution. The ISI "Industrialisation des Systèmes d'Information" unit, composed of around fifty people, oversees and maintains the information systems that support RATP-Infrastructures processes.
Within the ISI unit, you will join the ATM team to participate in missions supporting business processes around the maintenance of equipment and, in particular, to update training materials. This team, composed of a manager, experts, and project management assistants, defines processes and supports various maintenance infrastructure trades in the use of the GMAO Galaxie system (based on IBM's MAXIMO).
Post and MissionsDuring this internship, you will participate in the following key missions with the Communication and Training Coordinator of the ATM team:
- Create and update e-learning modules (using Storyline and K-studio tools)
- Adapt existing content (update memo sheets on the Galaxie SharePoint)
- Support users in mastering management tools, particularly by visiting various sites
- Assist the communication and training coordinator in the animation and implementation of various information campaigns
- Conduct basic research on best communication practices
- Communicate about changes to the GMAO
- Contribute to updating communications on the ISI unit Share Point
At the end of this internship, you will:
- Be experienced in designing training materials and supporting users with the MAXIMO GMAO software (change management support)
- Be able to communicate effectively in the context of transformation projects
- Be able to report to various stakeholders (e.g., management)
- Gain a good understanding of the industrial maintenance process
Profile of the position sought
Expected degree level: BAC+5
Desired degree:
Master's in training engineering and digital learning, business school with a specialization in change management
A person with good interpersonal skills, able to explain technical processes, demonstrating rigor and organization to carry out their missions independently, and with a good team spirit.
Technical skills:
- Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline (module assembly, simple variables, quizzes, SCORM export)
- Knowledge of another tool (such as K-Studio or equivalent) is appreciated.
