Our client is a Nasdaq listed business at the intersection of AI cloud infrastructure and data centre development, with billion dollar investments from some of the industry's biggest names in AI. Having undergone a significant strategic transformation, the business now holds a unique and strategically important position in the global AI infrastructure and GPU compute ecosystem.

The digital team is being built to match that ambition and these roles sit right at the heart of it. The culture is fast, collaborative and genuinely innovation led. AI is not a talking point here, it is embedded in how the team operates day to day.

We are hiring two Product Designers to join a growing digital team. These are mid-level roles with genuine breadth, for designers who are equally comfortable crafting strategic experiences and executing  first 12 to 18 months will be heavily focused on the business's website, including a full replatform built from the ground up, with ongoing ownership once that project ships. From there, a major part of the role will be designing the company's digital products as that suite is built out.

This is not a narrow visual design role. It requires someone fluent across both UX and UI who thinks about why before how, and who knows how to land both.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and iterate on the website and digital product experiences, from initial concept through to shipped execution
• Lead the website replatform, contributing to the architecture of the new digital experience from the ground up
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis to inform design decisions
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant digital experiences
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital, engineering, and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, and Product
• Maintain quality across all output including accessibility, brand alignment, and performance

What you'll bring:

• 4 to 8+ years in product design, UX/UI design, or a closely related discipline
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and polished execution across digital products and web
• Experience working fluidly across both UX and UI, from research and interaction design to high-fidelity visual design
• Demonstrated experience designing for B2B or enterprise technology environments, which is essential
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of design systems principles
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift and resourcefulness is valued
• Experience with, or genuine interest in, AI, cloud infrastructure, or data centre sectors
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams
