We’re seeking a dynamic A/V Collaboration Services Analyst to be the backbone of our collaboration infrastructure in our San Francisco office. This pivotal role ensures that every virtual and hybrid gathering runs smoothly, providing essential technical support that empowers our teams to collaborate effortlessly. What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience providing IS support in professional or legal environments, with at least 2 years of AV support experience.
  • Expertise in setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio-visual and collaboration technologies such as Zoom (including Rooms), MS Teams, and Cisco Video Conferencing equipment.
  • Familiarity with audio-visual hardware like Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, microphones, projectors, and conference room lighting systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with room scheduling software and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Data Communication Equipment.
  • Certification or hands-on experience with Cisco or other AV certification programs.
  • Ability to support additional IT functions, including laptops, desktops, printers, and server maintenance.
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct technical and AV support experience in a professional or legal services environment.
Additional Requirements
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed, especially during live events or critical meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to support other locations if required.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
