Principal Business Consultant - Global Analytics

The Role

As a Principal Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

• Project Mastery:
  Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
• Strategic Growth:
  Lead and own Business Development for Global Analytics, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M.
• People Leadership:
  Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for professional growth and delivery standards.
• Thought Leadership:
  Develop and champion industry‑leading thought leadership in Global Analytics to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences.
• Customer Success:
  Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges.

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).
• Track Record:
  Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Expertise:
  Deep domain knowledge in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry‑specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Also possess a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
• Leadership:
  Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Previous analyst‑level work and possess a working knowledge of SQL and/or Python to support project teams.
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech‑enabled consulting solutions.
