QA/Technical Analyst - Payment Systems (TMS)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / Technical Support Engineer with experience in payment systems and terminal management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of payment terminals (preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology), strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to analyze logs and support deployment and maintenance of terminal software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide QA and technical support for payment terminal solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing trace logs and system behavior.
• Support testing, validation, and certification of payment applications.
• Assist in deployment and configuration of payment terminals, including OS and application loading.
• Work with terminal management systems (TMS), including hosted estate management tools.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure smooth operation and lifecycle management of payment devices.
• Document issues, resolutions, and testing procedures.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience in QA and/or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with payment terminals, preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology devices.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and workflows.
• Ability to debug and analyze trace/system logs.
• Experience with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or hosted estate management platforms.
• Knowledge of terminal provisioning, including OS and application loading.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
