Workforce Management (WFM) Lead – UKG
The Workforce Management (WFM) Lead is responsible for owning and optimizing workforce management processes using UKG Pro, with a strong focus on Time & Attendance, workforce planning, payroll integration, and analytics. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the Hire–to–Retire lifecycle while supporting digital HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead UKG Pro WFM design, implementation, enhancements, and support for Time & Attendance, scheduling, and labor tracking.
- Partner with Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between UKG and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Drive workforce planning, labor utilization, and productivity analysis aligned to business and financial goals.
- Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reporting (utilization, absenteeism, overtime, compliance).
- Standardize global timekeeping and workforce policies while supporting local labor regulations.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for UKG-related initiatives.
- Support change management, testing, training, and user adoption for UKG WFM solutions.
- 12+ years of experience in Workforce Management, HCM, or Payroll, with strong UKG Pro expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with Time & Attendance, Payroll integration, and Workforce Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Hire–to–Retire processes and labor compliance.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and vendors in large, complex environments.
- Experience with People Soft, SAP HCM, or SAP Success Factors in UKG‑integrated environments.
- PMP®, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL® certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
