We are seeking an AI‑forward Senior Director to lead the transformation of our GTM processes and systems. Reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue Operations, this people‑leadership role will harness AI, automation, and process re‑engineering to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce elapsed time for key GTM activities, and optimize engagements with customers and partners.

• Lead a team of onshore and offshore colleagues who are the business owners of the applications and technology used by the GTM organization.
• Drive the transformation, rationalization, and integration of the current GTM technology landscape with an AI‑first mentality to accelerate the Alteryx GTM strategy.
• Partner closely with GTM management to understand system and process challenges and translate AI capabilities into business value.
• Define and evolve standardized end‑to‑end GTM processes that streamline execution through automation, integration, and AI.
• Identify, prioritize, and re‑engineer slow, inefficient, or people‑intensive GTM processes to boost productivity and reduce elapsed time.
• Design new solutions, enhance current systems, or select off‑the‑shelf applications to automate and accelerate GTM processes.
• Incorporate AI to increase ROI by improving GTM productivity, accelerating time‑to‑value, and optimizing engagements.
• Define integrations between existing GTM systems and applications to ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate with IT or development teams to develop, deploy, and maintain these solutions and integrations.
• Lead the team in identifying, prioritizing, deploying, and maintaining LLMs, agents, and other AI solutions developed by GTM colleagues.
• Partner with GTM Enablement and GTM Communications to ensure rollout and adoption of new solutions and AI capabilities.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for communications, training, and reference materials.
• Provide leadership on the use of AI, including prompt tips and high‑value use cases for tools such as Gemini.
• Collaborate with peers in other Alteryx departments to align AI solutions and share knowledge.

• 10+ years of GTM operations experience in a high‑tech company, with deep experience re‑engineering GTM processes.
• Broad experience across GTM functions; 5+ years of direct management of GTM operations teams.
• Experience building new teams and managing both on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
• 5+ years as a business owner of a GTM technology landscape with success in rationalizing and transforming systems.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing with AI tools, scaling AI‑based solutions, and managing modern tech stacks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with executives, sales managers, reps, and technical teams.
• Executive presence and ability to advise business executives.
• Advanced ability to drive and manage through change.
• Team player who contributes value in cross‑functional initiatives.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science/Intelligence.

• Success in rationalizing, optimizing, and integrating GTM system landscapes; decommissioning legacy systems; and automating manual work.
• Background as a quota‑carrying Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Solution Engineer.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, global environment.
• Experience managing AI developers.

Alteryx offers a fair, equitable, and transparent compensation package, including a base salary in the range of $250,000‑$290,000, plus bonus and equity. Final compensation depends on experience, education, certifications, skills, and location. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of benefits such as medical, retirement, wellness, and more.
