Comexposium One to One and Comexposium SAS are looking for 2 interns to accompany them in their various GDPR compliance missions at the group level.

Your missions:

• Assist the team in the implementation of the GDPR governance (meetings with data protection officers, GDPR workshops, drafting minutes and implementing action plans...)
• Assist the teams in the management of the compliance deployment at the headquarters level
• Deployment of the compliance plan, its implementation and its update (register, procedures, project monitoring, compliance of the group's websites...)
• Support the Direction at the contractual level (setting up templates, inventory of contracts with Service Providers and updating and distributing ST, RT/RT, Co-responsibility contracts, standard contract clauses)
• Assist the team in its GDPR awareness missions (creation of training content, delivery of training, creation of quizzes and FAQs...)
• Analyze and assist the team in the context of all new projects and apply the principle of privacy by design
• Assist the team in the writing and implementation of impact analyses
• Relay the decisions and best practices proposed by the Legal and Compliance Department and the IT Department in the improvement of the group's security measures
• Support the General and Legal Direction on common law issues (Intellectual Property, contracts, etc.)

Your profile:

• Level Bac +4/5 in the legal field and/or information security.
• You are looking for a 12-month apprenticeship contract starting in September.
• You are a Master 2 student specialized in digital law or data protection delegate.
• You are rigorous, curious, and a force of proposal.
• You have a good ability to work in a team and a sense of listening.
• You must have skills:
• In project management:
  You have organizational skills and are comfortable working in project mode with different stakeholders.
• In legal matters:
  You must be able to understand the GDPR as well as the IT and Freedoms Act and interpret them in the context of the mission assigned to you.
• In information system security:
  You must be able to evaluate the risks related to the protection of personal data.
• In listening and analysis:
  You have a good relationship and like to work in a team.
