Principal Experience Designer

We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer with 10+ years of experience and at least 7 years in UX/UI, Product Design, or Experience Design to lead customer experience initiatives and drive digital product innovation. This role will define UX strategy, influence product roadmaps, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI and CX strategy for digital products and experiences.
• Own the product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, execution, and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with business, technical, analytics, legal, compliance, and product teams.
• Drive innovation, experimentation, and design standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach junior designers while fostering design excellence.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in UX, Product Design, or Experience Design.
• Strong experience with product strategy, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
